STEP 2: Download the software

The software is only available via electronic download.  To obtain your software or to upgrade from an older version, use the following download links:

If upgrading a package, please uninstall your previous version first; more details on uninstalling and upgrading are available at www.spycop.com/faq.htm.
 

STEP 3: Register the product

Name: XXXXXX XXXXXXX
Serial: #####-#####-#####

Your name is case sensitive.  The registration procedure is as follows:

-Start the trial version of the software
-Select "I have already paid for this software"
-Enter the name EXACTLY as it appears in your receipt..
-Enter the serial number EXACTLY as it appears in your receipt.
-Click Submit to accept the information. The software may prompt you to exit.
-Start the software again and it will be fully functional.

You can only use the software on as many computers that you've purchased licenses for.  More information on upgrading, reinstalling, burning to CD and licenses is provided in the FAQs on our web site.
